By accessing or using QuickPharma, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
QuickPharma is a cloud-based pharmacy and inventory management platform that provides tools for:
- Inventory management
- Product tracking
- Sales management
- Purchase management
- Customer management
- Supplier management
- Reporting and analytics
- Multi-user access and subscription services
2. Account Registration
Users must:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Be responsible for all activities performed under their account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
3. Subscription and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions:
- Are billed according to the selected plan
- May renew automatically when enabled
- Can be modified or canceled according to applicable billing policies
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Interfere with platform operations
- Violate intellectual property rights
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into QuickPharma.
You grant QuickPharma a limited license to process and store such data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and platform content remain the exclusive property of QuickPharma.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickPharma shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss resulting from user actions
- Third-party service failures
The total liability of QuickPharma shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Required payments are not received
- Legal obligations require such action
10. Disclaimer
QuickPharma is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Users remain responsible for complying with pharmaceutical, medical, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where QuickPharma operates, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
